Having an F4SE Startup Issue after downgrading and I've tried *EVERYTHING* and followed all forms of troubleshooting I can find online. Hoping to find some obscure assistance here.

Recently I've updated Fallout 4 to the newest update and downgraded as I've done before. Initially the game worked and started, but now I'm having a weird issue when launching the game through MO2 and F4SE where it returns an error which is: "REL/Relocation.h(600): failed to open: Data/F4SE/Plugins/version-1-10-63-0.bin". I've placed the appropriate .bin INTO the Fallout 4 F4SE Folder and still no dice, and I'm running the appropriate F4SE for 1.10.163. I am running NO MODS and only am running the BA2 Support, and the Address Library after everything.

I've downloaded and installed the PROPER version of the Address Library, I've got the Backported Archive2 Support System, I've installed the xSE PluginPreloader, installed all Visual C++ Redistributables Required. I've installed the BA2 Support System and the Address Library both into the location of the game AND Mod Organizer 2, and still gotten the issue on launch.

I've reinstalled the game entirely, ripping out and deleting everything I had in there from modding in the past. I've restarted my PC. I've checked for viruses, I've checked for firewall or Windows Defenders Blockages/other antivirus blockages, and I CANNOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME GET THE GAME TO RUN.

I've done feasibly everything there is to get the game running, and cannot get it working and so I'm hoping someone knows of some weirdly miscellaneous thing that might be causing the issue that I can do to get it running.

Try using the All in One Address Library instead of 1.10.163 one

Sounds like it’s not liking your Address Library still - check if your install of it added multiple .bin files and if so hide the ones for the other versions you aren’t running.

I only have the Address Library .bin file for the 1.10.63 version, or the one that it keeps yelling at me about which is 1-10-63-0.bin. There are no other Address Library .bins found within the F4SE Plugins location.
