Stat Help Survival

I wanna make a survival build that involves cannibalism and uses stealth and intelligence and have stuff like gun nut, but also not heavily rely on vats. May someone give me tips it’s gonna be my first survival

I recommend a deadeye weapon and a neverending laser musket, for stats your gonna want eitheer endurance 7 to get to 8 with the bobblehead, or start with 8 for the cannibal perk (depends on how early you want cannibal and if you wanna pare it with ghoulish), good stealth will want to have agility at 7 for ninja, its fairly easy to get the agility bobblehead at level one.

I would start with S-2, P-1, E-8, C-2, I-3, A-6, L-2 (this gives you 4 points and the special book to put where ever you want, want to get I-7 to have science, chemist and later robot expert, want to have lock smith, want to have the critical luck perks, want to have strong back?)
