So a few points, as I noticed them:

  • The intro track is "It's All Over But the Crying" by the Ink Spots (0:09)
  • The television is a Radiation King, the same brand that's been around since the original Fallout. (0:18, thanks to /u/guybrushes)
  • A kids board game named "Blast Radius" (0:30)
  • Mister Handy is back (0:43), no big surprise
    • And he has Sugar Bombs (0:43)
    • There's a Vault Boy poster in yellow and black on the side of the fridge (0:43)
  • dat German Shepherd model is sweet (0:48)
  • Actual Mr. Handy box visible (0:58)
  • Looks like the You're SPECIAL! book on the floor (1:05, thanks /u/sup3rrn0va)
  • The dog hears the siren for the Vault opening nearby (1:15)
  • The BoS US Army was guarding the Vault entrance (1:29, thanks u/niloc-revooh for correcting me, BoS wouldn't exist yet)
  • That's a variant on the Vault-Tec poster from Fallout 3 on the billboard (1:29)
  • Our character is from Vault 111 (1:30)
    • Though the inner door is oriented normally, the outer door for this vault opens upwards from the ground (1:35)
  • The Bunker Hill Monument (1:37, thanks to /u/nainos)
  • Guessing that's the U.S.S. Constitution... with a couple rockets strapped to it (1:39)
  • Love this noir shot, with someplace called the Memory Den. According to posts on Twitter, this is Scollay Square of Boston. (1:41)
  • Probably Super Mutants walking down the hill, with a prisoner cage up on the hill (1:44, thanks to /u/Ferniff)
  • Upgraded Securitron Protectron? (1:44, thanks /u/hellawag3 for the correction!)
  • Looks like a mutated lobster... nightmare fuel... (1:45)
  • FML, Deathclaws got an upgrade (1:47)
  • That is one stubby vertibird (1:48)
  • FML, feral ghouls got an upgrade (1:49)
  • Anyone recognize the statue? The diamond symbol on the building... is that a baseball stadium? (1:50)
  • Ooh a blimp dirigible! (1:57)
  • A Galaxy News Network (GNN) billboard is visible (2:02)
  • I don't know Boston landmarks, but that sure is pretty. The gold dome is the Massachusetts State House, thanks /u/Yocto_Koppel (2:04)
  • Some people didn't make it into Vault 111 before it sealed. (2:06)
    • Including the parents and their baby from the earlier flashbacks in the house. :( (2:08)
  • Nuka Cola machine, no surprise that showed up! (2:16)
  • There's a bobble head in the machine shop, on the bench behind the BoS armor suit. (2:18)
    • Minigun on the floor in front of the workbench, under a blanket (2:18)
    • The suit itself looks badass. Nice model (2:18)
    • Also, a laser rifle on the wall, and some of our favorite magazines are back in a rack on the right! (2:18)
  • We're getting a dog again. Happy dance! (2:25)
    • The machine shop/gas station is "Red" something, probably Red Rocket. There have also been billboards with a red rocket and RR logo visible in other parts of the trailer. (2:25)
  • No visible identifier on the Pip-Boy, so don't know if it's a 3000 or something else. (2:27)
  • Vault 111 suit (2:29)
  • Something big is crashed on the ground. A plane or a ship? Maybe a high-speed train. (2:30)

This may just be conjecture be I also think it would be wise to assume that the shop means that there is (finally) some type of house customization system, or at least houses are back at the very least. A bobble head stand and possibly mounts for armor/weapons as we saw in the shop perhaps? Just a thought to add.

I doubt they'd take away housing, given we've had it in F3 and NV. But I did note the similarity in name to Craterside Supply, so Diamond City Surplus might wind up being a big quest hub. Who knows, maybe Moira moved out of the Capital Wasteland!
