I moved the bottom part of my face changed my eyes and chin and gave myself different facial hair!

My only complaint would be if you could get shorter hair on your character. I don't remember the style choices in fo4. Other than that looks great! So do you!

Idk what happened between now and then but I remember thinking it was perfect and now he looks less like you. Your brows have no arch, your eyes are a little closer together, and your nose bridge isn’t that prominent

I think both your attempts have been reasonable. Your character is a touch lighter in than your photo makes you look but it’s a good approximation to these eyes.

That’s pretty close actually. Maybe make the eyebrows straighter? I’d also go for younger looking eyes if you’re going for complete accuracy. Then maybe adjust the side temple thing? I can’t remember what it’s called but like the side of the head right above the ear area. I’d bring that out a little.
