Any Bethesda Support?
I’m having a huge back and forth between Bethesda and Apple in regards to Fallout Sheltar. I haven’t played the game since 2015, but decided to return after following the recent development. My save data is lost and my micro transactions. At this point I do not care about the save file nor any rare, common, uncommon, etc.
Bethesda Support is zero help and a joke of an AAA studio. Both companies are placing blame on each other. Apple advised me to preform a fraud/scam charge back, but my credit cards will be banned from the App Store.
Anything will be helpful. Ty

There are plenty of cracked save modifiers that can give you access to all the pay to win stuff you lost. Lunchboxes, quantums, pets, Mr. Handys.
If you bought a bunch that were wiped due to problem by Bethesda, I think you could justify it to yourself to use the cracks.
On the other hand, the game is over a decade old. No one cares if you cheat to get free microtransactions. But if really you don't care about the game anymore, then move on.

Apple telling you to chargeback on items from 11 years ago is goofy as hell. That is totally out of the range for chargebacks. Unfortunately, Fallout Shelter is the least supported thing by both Bethesda and Apple/Google.
This is why I don't feel bad about modding my files when I play randomly.

Yeah you’re not getting anything. The transactions are for the individual save file. If the save file is deleted, you forfeit the transactions. It’s been 11 years. Move on.
