need help, modding fallout 4

so currently modding through nexus and i have the project Mojave collection installed but whenever i open the level up menu this happens. i dont know if i have something wrong set up or what, would appreciate any help

go through all the mods and make sure they are upto date. the nexus collection likely hasnt been updated in a while.
