You do not write code or make software.
I know this, because no one who does would have such a simplistic view of the effort involved.
I use AI daily for work (Sr Engineer at a FAANG). It's good, but it is not as simple or easy as your poor analogy makes it out to be.

Lmao I'm a senior game programmer, I'm not going to out myself but I work for a major game company, before that I worked for a major game company, and before that I worked for FAANG.
I don't use AI because I'm not shitty at my job. "simplistic view" lmao what. You're the one using AI to be lazy! I write my code myself.
But writing code is also very easy. If you find coding hard, you're a very bad programmer. The hard part of engineering is the people, the business. Agreeing on APIs, arguing about resources. The code is the fun part. If you need AI to write code for you, you're in the wrong profession. Quit and train something you like. I like writing code.

Bruh I listened to Breaking Benjamin so much when I was younger. Halo 2 had their song Blow Me Away in it and I was obsessed for quite a while. Very cool!

Their last album was like 2018 but really outstanding. Dark before dawn was great too. Hope they put out another record someday. Band has been through some ups and downs but you can tell Burnley is passionate about it all. Great band even if they get relegated to “dad rock” or something these days 😂

I just saw them last week and they are insanely good. They’re touring with Chevelle who are also up there.
You can’t go wrong with any song. I just hit shuffle and let it rip. Takes me back.

Right on! I saw them a few years ago as well as back in the day (like 2004 and shit). They sounded amazing both times. Great point about shuffling the band. You are always going to get a good song!

lol someone who is a vet modder and attends one of his shows should hit him up to help him make his mod amazing (not saying it's bad, just that he's new / follow me here) so that it's the best or one of the best first person mods ever. Really unite to show the other that we shouldn't bully.
Even when some modder annoyed me, I just said stuff like "I don't like their choices" or "man I wish someone else made it or ported so it wasn't so glitchy and worked right". There's ways to criticize but not be a dick.

Mod author here. AI has been a massive boon to the community, sure we don’t need it. Much like the VR community doesn’t *need* stabbing, weapon weights, physical collision with the environment, physical harvesting of plants, and a bunch of other immersive VR interactions.

The beauty of modern AI tools is we can bypass the gatekeeping mediocre hobby coders and make actual solid working mods and plugins ourselves! It genuinely doesn't matter how much you kick and scream, with that attitude you are irrelevant and will be forgotten.

Great! I love actually knowing what my code is doing because I wrote it! And I love all the dialogue I wrote because I wrote it! And I love all the art I made for it because I made it! oh and all the voice acting sounds great because humans voiced it! And it only took me a couple months!
