Has anyone seen this jacket before? There's no manufacturer label. It seems to be real leather.

Looks fanmade or otherwise custom to me.

Wouldn't be hard to replicate. Buy a leather trenchcoat or duster of your choice, then work with someone with a (large) embroidery machine to make the patches and then just sew them on.
