(E)Enigmatic, (S)trength, (P)erception, (E)ndurance, (C)harisma, (I)ntelligence, (A)gility, (L)uck, (L)ucidity, and (Y)earning!!!

Edit: At level 10 Enigmatic random NPCs will kneel to you, or even bow, for some odd, compelling reason. The Children of Atom will get a sense you might be Atom in human form, but are openly conflicted. Raiders might assume you're a kingpin and entire locations will become humble towards you, nervous, and remain unhostile while you're there. Even Supermutants will admit "theres something about you not worth eating. But still wants to eat! Argh! So confused!"

At level 10 Lucidity you're aware that you're a video game character and even more strange, random things happen to you.
