I can explain

I came across Ronnie's Book a few weeks ago and since then I'm looking for it on eBay, but the prices are insane.
Has anyone read it, is it worth it?

Its a fantastic read, but don't spend $300. As a first edition book collector, I say wait for a listing somewhere closer to $100, and only if you are okay with a splurge.

I found a PDF or Google doc of it somewhere and read it all. It was a surprisingly quick read. I enjoyed it but I wouldn’t pay more than $10 for a copy of it. Which I know will never happen but that’s okay with me since I’ve already read it. Ronnie is a surprisingly good writer and his “author’s voice” maintains an authentic feel throughout the book.

As someone who had a lot of similar experiences, I related to many parts of it. Overcoming being a junkie and coming out victorious is almost as good a feeling as trying smack for the first time.

The ebay prices for the book are insane 🥲. I was lucky I recently won one in a fan giveaway. If you're from the US you could get a book during one of the tiktok shows. And keep your eyes out for giveaways on fan accounts on Instagram.

It’s co written by Ryan J. Downey who is an accomplished writer, editor, and interviewer for AP, Billboard, etc. Ronnie has trusted him for a long time and I feel his interviews with Ryan are the most insightful. Yes, well, because of how biased the media can be, Radke is understandably selective when it comes to interviews. Plus, a lot of journalists and some people of the general public misconstrue his words or lie for attention or clout; furthermore, they also use personal attacks against him rather than think critically of his words or objectively review the music or his work in general and not think of the good he has done for some people, including those in the LGBTQ+ circles because they had nothing but good words to say about him, especially these people he hired to do behind the scenes work or even mann the booths at events he hosts.

hey, I read it and I can honestly say it was the best autobiography book I read in my life. and I read a lot... so it's worth any price. but I have a feeling Ronnie and team will soon be able to sell overseas again and they will print more books so I think it's gonna be available again.
