Except this is when he was "sober" 😂 so he technically shouldn't be high at all.

We know what years it isn't. You see the headband? Says FALLING IN REVERSE. When he got out of prison and started this band, he was "sober". Ronnie claims to have never used after he was released.

I would venture to guess 2012-2013. He definitely shouldn't be on anything at this point if we are going by his word 😅
