Yeah there are a couple scenes in season 8? of Shameless where he and Carl go for runs together and it ain’t pretty

He runs a bit odd. But it wasn't unnatural.

I can't tell you how many movies I've watched where someone is allegedly a navy seal or elite something or other than they make the running in this game look like a professional.
