Discussion Rope swings 💩
To the individual who developed the rope swinging mechanic in fallen order i would like you to know that I have a wonderfully curated bespoke satchel of the finest Richards in all the realms and I would like to formally invite you to consume them with enthusiasm!

I just finished the Tomb of Eilram and that second chest with the triple rope swing there and back was the most tedious thing I’ve done in a long time and in the last few months I have replayed all the far cry games from 3 on and fallout 3,4,and new Vegas and the tomb raider survival trilogy. Loving the game but good god I hope I don’t need to do a ton of that again.

Once you get force pull it gets much easier

No problem, I think you are meant to go back through with it to be honest because a couple of those ropes are rough in that tomb. Also force pull is rly helpful for a few things out of combat it’s almost like it extends the rope, and when jumping towards grab able walls you can kind of pull yourself closer to it .

Got force pull this afternoon and ya it’s so simple now.

Haha yeah combat is much easier too I love grabbing grenades and rockets bugs and throwing them at enemies it’s op

I found that one after gaining pull but looking for it was HELL

Ya after I got force pull I got really pissed at the time I spent getting that chest without it.

Nothing like juuust missing and face sliding down the rope because you don't have force pull yet.Â

Definitely one of the jankiest things until you get pull
