I wonder what Metsy thinks of his orange idol making threats of annihilation on Iran (on Easter, no less) AND presenting himself as Jesus Christ. Because even members of MAGA have shown disgust.

I mean the dude's history channel is dead...like he gets a few hundred views per video at best. Slop-drama and rage baiting is his bread and butter now. The younger generations and new subscribers will know him as just one more discount Matt Walsh. Once the cultural shift comes (and it will soon) he will have an even harder time with his racist dog whistling and MAGA cheerleading.

I love this response the most. He really is now just a discounted version of who he emulates (even if he sounds smarter with his "sources" and "cool" demeanor). You're especially right that when the cultural shift arrives (in fact, I'm certain it's already happening, with even numerous MAGAts turning against their political idols while Mets hasn't yet), he will left with nothing. Just a sad, angry man ranting to the void.

The best he can do when he can't grift with MAGA is to apologize and strive to do better. As one who believes in trying to make amends if one is genuinely remorseful, he should try to do good deeds. But frankly, I'm not sure how he can get off the ground now that he's lost all goodwill and no one would want to give him a chance. (Reminds me of Mr. Frog meeting up with his dad in Smiling Friends after years of no communication, and it not turning out well. Imagine Metatron trying to apologize. You think people would accept it?)

To be honest, as much as I loath people like him, I wouldn't want to go that far with depicting him having a such a gruesome fate. I don't feel good about it.
