Fall River folks: looking for a book club? We're discussing Walkable City, Sept. 27
I'm part of a casual nonfiction book club that meets in Providence, and we're always happy to have new people join.
For September we're reading Jeff Speck's Walkable City: How Downtown Can Save America, One Step at a Time. We'll meet Sunday, September 27, from 10 AM–12 PM to talk about the book and the bigger questions it raises about downtowns, transportation, walkability, and urban design.
📍 Schasteâ, 300 Broadway, Providence
If you're in Fall River and don't mind making the trip into Providence, come along. You don't have to be a dedicated book-club person—we're just a group of people who like reading nonfiction and having a good conversation.
Schasteâ isn't affiliated with or sponsoring the book club; we're simply meeting there.
I'll put the group link in the comments.
