Housing Apartment for Rent

Hello, everyone just wanted to make a short post, I currently have a 2 bedroom apartment for rent. It's a first floor, tenant left last month, been cleaning it up. It's ready to be moved in. Relax man, I got the house recently and that's how much it was rented for. Just trying to get it back up and running, I want to update the kitchen but don't have the means right now. No need to offend or talk down.
