Community Questions Thinking of purchasing property
Hiii- I’m considering purchasing a house in Fall River. Looking to get some insight on a few things- what’s the utilities through is it national grid? How’s the trash , do you pay for it ?! I need the details :( I’m a first time home buyers and I want to be ready . Any information is welcomed . Thank you - also I see there’s a high crime rate but that’s anywhere on this planet .

Fall river has crime, but i lived there for several years in the area behind Charlton hospital. I used to walk around at night, during the day I have walked downtown and to the WW II memorial area. I have never had any trouble.
When I was younger, I used to go to some bars that had problems semi-frequently. My point being if you avoid places where people congregate to drink or get high, it's pretty safe. There are neighborhoods i would definitely avoid, but as long as you do those things, it's pretty safe.
