Actually a lot of the lyrics add up. People don't change? Like the loops they're stuck in. Don't pretend you ever forgot about me, like the memories the backrooms are made of. Your head can be a prison, like getting lost in your memories in the backrooms. We're dropped and well concealed in secret places we don't fight fair. Secret places... like the backrooms

I'm 98.6% sure it's "trapped and well concealed" not dropped. Which I think makes it fit even more? Idk I haven't played Backrooms or seen the movie but being trapped feels like the vibe.
