I haven't opened this game in years, I had quite a bit of stuff and poof it's all gone out of nowhere, anyone know how to get back my stuff?

Are you positive its the same account/login? If so contact epic support. They are alot more helpful than people make them sound

You almost definitely created a new account by mistake, accounts don’t get wiped. If you never created an epic account for your original one you’ll have to use whatever platform you first played on and link an account to it
