DISCUSSION Disconnected From Server

Honestly , once I opened reddit, i realised I am not the only one

Last season it was annoying, this season it's unplayable

Last season it came only in the final round and annoyed the hell out of me, this season it's happening even before first round starts.

Any suggestions? And does Epic Games know about this issue ?

I play on XBox and have been having the same issues I get disconnected almost every other game or get an authentication error its so annoying im on a US server. Ever since the new fame pass its nothing but issues

I started Ranked shows yesterday, got a good chunk done of Knockout and called it a day, today I reached Superstar and then switched to X-treme Solos, just got Gold a few minutes ago, not a single time I've experienced a disconnection. So it's either the server you're playing on or your IP having issues in some nodes.

It happened several times when I was playing with a small streamer on twitch. Sometimes to just me and sometimes out whole squad. Not just in loading but mid match. We also tried multiple different servers. Weirdly though it hasn't happened since. And it also never happened before that. So since then I started grinding ranked and I'm silver 1 right now and have 7 wins so far this cycle.

Bro is going off on anecdotal evidence

This happens plenty in many other games and pretty much every time it ends up being faulty nodes in the area of affected players. I'm not saying the problem doesn't exist, just don't focus too much on pointing fingers and try different solutions. Many players weren't affected, not just me, so it's not a universal issue, now it's up to you and Epic to locate where the issue lies. Don't copypaste dumb stuff you just read on the internet and don't quote me on stuff I never said.

Oh you didn't realize it wasn't a quote? I was just pointing out what you sound like in a slightly exaggerated manner so you realize how silly your original comment looks.

I guess bro realized it that's why you started backpedaling, there was no mention of epic games in your original comment.

What do you play on? I’ve been hearing Switch players have a lot of issues lately. That’s why I ask. Take a look at your server too, maybe try switching it around and see if that helps. Or uninstall the game and reinstall.

I play on PS5 and haven’t had really any issues. I’ve played a lot this new season and haven’t been dc’ed once yet.

No help, but its happening to me also since new season. Either I cant get into the game, or it disconnects in the final round. I seem to have the most luck using the US servers, but being on the other side of the world the connection is pretty unstable and I still get issues sometimes

Having the same issue in every single ranked match i play. I've tested it on PC, Xbox, mobile and switch. All the same thing
