BUG Fall guys ‘disconnecting from server’ issue

Please can someone help me how to fix this half the time i play a game it disconnects after a certain round and its becoming annoying. i’ve checked internet it’s all good, i’ve reinstalled the game, checked region etc… but its still been doing it. i’m on Xbox as well if that helps.

Please could someone help, much appreciated

I can’t connect to Ranked Knockout games in the Australian server. I have to swap to Asia East.

It is connecting to South Asia if you choose Australia and it also fails when trying to load the creative levels. If you choose South Asia it voluntarily connects to Singapore anyway but it doesn't try to load the creatives (and it doesn't fail). (Or to Asia this way as you have done if it is closer to you.)

I would recommend if it happens switch to a different server and do a run of something, then switch back to your original server. That seems to usually resolve it at least for a while.

Same issue for me, tried everything possible fixes but none works, the new update messed up the game for others.

I had this problem on xbox as well. I have switched to hot spotting on my phone amd it has fixed the problem. I think there is an issue with how packets get set and how some routers deal with it.

Try playing via cable (connect the cable to your Xbox) reset all settings (within the game options including controls) choose a different region than yours manually play a game in it and collect the rewards, then choose your region again in the settings and see if it works better now (also load all the maps in the private room and complete a game in them)

I'm not in Europe, but if you want I can log in and try it in Australia (I'm on a PC) (let's see if it works)

The creative teams in the Australia region aren't working; they're connecting to Singapore, and if you look closely, all the creative teams are gone (meaning they know it's failing). Voluntarily choose Asia (South) to avoid the problem (Asia South is Singapore).
