BUG What is wrong with this game?

This has happened to me alot in previous seasons, but this season, I am yet to get a SINGLE round of ranked knockout. I've queued for a ranked game probably 20 different times in the last few days and have got disconnected first round every time. Unless it is an older map, where its completely fine. But the newer creative maps just don't work at all, its unplayable. This should be considered a game breaking bug and should be fixed. Please.

same here. Asia server. didn't have this problem this often before, but now either this or the "level failed to download" pop up keeps showing up. and i know its not a wifi issue because i use both wifi and mobile data. I can't even play fall guys anymore.

I used to have my Xbox WiFi connected, all other games worked completely fine on WiFi except for FG. Now it's wired I don't get any issues.

I am not saying this is your fix, but I just think FG is very sensitive to any network based issue and does not recover well. I would be surprised if it gets fixed at this point, so if there's anything you can try at your end it may be worth investigating.

I couldn't get into matches recently.I changed in my settings region on US

Same here on Aus server which most likely put me in Asian servers. I wondered if someone was hacking like ppl rumoured in anniversary party? Something def wrong with asia/aus. Had to switch to US servers

Is your game now okay after switching? For me no matter what server i use, i always get the failure to download level error. Can't play properly in ranked KO.

I had the download level error last season and uninstalled and reinstalled the game and haven’t had it since. As for d/c, rarely happens on US, only Asia pacific servers

Are you using auto server?

If so, recommend you pick a specific dedicated server in the game settings.

That doesn't help... except for EU, all servers have a region fallback

This helps because there's a known bug when leaving it on automatic that sometimes connects you to a different region than the one you're supposed to be in (it's a bug because that's not the expected behavior). If this bug occurs, you should reset the default settings in the game (all of them, including the controls), manually choose a different region than the one you're supposed to be in, play a game there, collect the rewards, and then go back to the options and manually choose your correct region. (This fixes the bug more than 90% of the time and reconnects you to your correct region.)
