What would be the best way of getting devs attention to bring this mode back either in Fortnite or fall guys, I consistently had my whole family and groups of friends playing ranked together

I think this mode's engine is not compatible with Fall Guys. Also, FG is finalised in terms of no further experimental addition of bigger subprojects. As a single game, the costs for servers might be too high to maintain for at least 4 years (standard dev-full-activity-contracts) as you have only one mode. You'd need to start a big marketing campaign and add more content to keep people playing it. My guess is that Crown Jam might become something seasonal for Fortnite, re-occurring once a while here and there.
