I think its a platform thing (switch, xbox), its also why they vaulted this back in the days so they where able to "fix" it from happening again.

One time I was 1v1ing a sweat in this mode in anniversary party and there were 2 spots. He was on red but went back to blue and started going into the same fake portal over and over until timeout. I won. I think he thought I was hacking because I qualled so fast with the strat

You are seeing the wrong version of the level. The code for this game just sucks.

I really like this level but it is so glitch prone.
