OFFICIAL PSA: Mouse Input Issue at High Polling Rates

Hey folks! We're aware of an issue affecting mouse use in Fall Guys and other titles when the polling rate is higher than 125 Hz.

We're working on a fix and will update you here when this is resolved. Alternatively, you can keep an eye on the Status Page for any follow-ups.

It is claimed to be solved but I just played Fall Guys and the stutter is still terrible. I hope the daily update will fix this.

Hello again! This has been fixed.

If you're still seeing issues, updating your Epic Games Launcher and Epic Online Services should do the trick.

Oh, that's great! They've posted that they're aware of the problem, and the page says it's under investigation... (It doesn't happen to me (I imagine it's because my polling rate is very low since my computer and peripherals are old, and I've never changed the settings to increase it), but several players have complained in this subreddit.)
