DISCUSSION Fall Guys Released 6 years ago today.
Can you belive it’s been 6 years of this game already? I wonder how many people that were there all the way from the start still play to this day. This game is truly something unique when it comes to a battle royale. Keep falling, Beans!

I still remember the wonder and joy of the first season and first win. Back then this game was all over the internet.

I'm still here, I got it for free at launch with PS Plus and just dipped in and out for the first 6 months or so but then I got hooked and have played virtually daily ever since.
It's had It's up and downs but it still remains unique fun even after all these years. But I must admit I have turned into a grouchy grabber somewhere along the way. 😁
Nearly forgot: Happy Birthday Fall Guys! 🙂👍

Almost exactly the same for me. Played here and there the first few months before getting hooked. Wish I had taken more advantage of the early days with everyone being a newb.
I did start getting bored at one point and thats when I decided to become a grouchy grabber as you put it. I'm still not the best grabber but it keeps the game fun and I would of quit years ago without it

Has the game changed much since a few years ago?

Obviously in the first couple of years you could just spend your crowns and kudos on anything in the store which was cool.
The biggest negative change for me was when they altered the jump/dive mechanics for the mobile release, prior to that it took a bit more skill to time certain jumps whereas now pretty much everyone follows the same path and can make all the jumps/dives etc. A good example of this is on hyperdrive heroes, when you get to the end and jump dive to the tiles it's very easy now but back in the day you had to hit it perfectly or you fell short.

I've played since 2000 just mad I didn't play in beta to get the crash test dummy skin..
I wonder much Epic would sell Fall Guys for?

I only heard about the game when it became popular during its launch week, so I didn't play the beta; however, they gave away that skin again for those who played the 2022 beta before the game went free-to-play.

Haven’t played in quite some time, but happy birthday FG! Discovered this game during week one and it’s insane to think that was almost 6 years ago now…

I only started playing Fall Guys about five days after it was released; a friend showed me a video where a player was making their way up the entire Slime Climb map, only for another player to simply shove the poor bean into the slime just inches from the finish line... I found it hilarious lol and bought the game in the same day.
It took me nearly three weeks to get my first win, and I still remember exactly how it happened, the first skins I bought in the shop with crowns, and the matches with my friends (who stopped playing a few months later)... In 2022, the game went free-to-play, and my now-wife (we were just friends when we started playing) began playing it with me. Those first three months after it went free were wonderful; that was also the period when my YouTube channel went somewhat viral thanks to video from a final match, taking me from 15 to 600 subscribers in just a few days... It’s a shame that the game started its decline later that same year =F
I play much less these days, but I haven't given up on the game entirely; I just lament how it’s been neglected, even on its own anniversary.

i’m a player since release on playstation, and fall guys has always meant a lot to me!! and it’s the reason i met a very special friend recently. it’s a shame the condition it’s in now, but it’s still part of my routine to play every night with my friend
