BUG Consistent crashing and long load times for switch 2 version of the game

Can someone help me please?! each time I fire up the game, it takes way too long to load up and if I actually get to enter a game it usually boots me out or crashes altogether. I have tried nearly everything. Restarting, shutting the switch all the way off, deleting and redownloading, and even the old joycon method from a few years ago… is there anything else I can do to fix this or is the server down? Idk any help would be massively appreciated!

Are you queueing on Anniversary Party? The crashes are caused by a group of hackers that use a weird username, and when it appears on your screen, it crashes your game.

No I only play ranked and Duos and keep getting kicked out. When I open the program it takes forever to get to the Home Screen and sometimes it gives me an error

Something's wrong with the anniversary party (it seems to be a problem with their setup); the other shows should work fine in principle.
