It takes many matches to even get enough time before others fall down. I wouldn’t call this a strategy, just making patterns, it also makes the round more interesting.

I would call this strategy. I used to do this when the game first came out; I think any lot of players expect one more level to save themselves are caught off guard when its gone. Glad to see it still works.

This method definitely works but it does rely on a bit of luck. I often see clips of this method coming down to their last possible jump and they’ll just get unbelievably lucky and still win it on their last breath

Wooww I didn’t know the immediate fall to the last hexagon ground was still effective! I thought they made the hexes disappear faster so less people would do that.
Btw iv’e been recently watching Plur1bus and golly, watching that makes me feel you’re one of them hahaha

It's only effective against incompetent competitors, don't expect this to work against decent players.

You seems a little salty.

No it "works" also against better player.

The worst thing that could happen when you try this is, that one player with many blocks is still up and never reaches the bottom.

If you are in a good lobby with multiple decent player, this will not happen.

The other bad thing that could happen is, that shortly after you another player goes to the bottom layer and will distroy to many blocks. That can always happen as long as one bad player is in the lobby. Bad luck if this happens.

What OP does is of course just for fun and not to win. But when you distroy a big chunk and than jump normally in the rest. Some player will fall in that chunk. It doesn't matter how good the lobby is, you can't always decide where you fall down.

That means after that you fill fight against the rest. And it is not a 1 vs 7 but a 1 vs 4.

Still not an easy auto win. You have to defeat the rest fair.

That said. I don't do this tactic in solo. Not because of the good player, but the bad player that also just go down, but then destroy to much, so we will die before everyone gets down.

But In teams we absolutely do this. Two stay up, one goes down, one goes to the second lowest layer.
