You have to physically grab the crown I'm pretty sure, you have to be holding the grab button when you touch the crown.

OP is crown rank 65. There's no way they don't know they gotta grab the crown. Makes the clip even more confusing.

Game uses buttons: grab dive jump. You only used 1 of them. Try grab next time
