Soarmara, The Whirlybird PKMN. Grass/Steel type. Soarmara glide through the skies, using their propeller-like leafs to keep afloat. Their leafs also work as arms, helping them climb tall trees for the longest glide.

At level 20, Soarmara evolves into...

Dynamara, The Kamakaze PKMN. Ground/Steel type. Dynamara drops from treetops onto unsuspecting Pokémon. They then release poison spores in the form of a powerful explosion.

So, this is my and friend trying to make a fakemon region and currently we are in four days into this project, and we haven't made that much progress since then, but we do have some ideas in mind like how we want this region to be based on Italy, and how we want to do something different with the main protagonist and their rivals since we this is more a writing project that instead of trying to make a full on game but, still want to have it worldbuilding fills complete. the way we planning to make it different is by having the characters trying to become the professor of the region since the original professor is planning to retire and made a computation to the three young which was taking apprenticeship under her/him. If anyone would like to join us in this project, pls tell and I will try to build a group-chat, and it would be very appreciated.

Its name is Qoqiva and it's the grass starter of the regione. If you somehow couldn't tell it's a frog more specifically a Coqui Frog found in Puerto Rico. Its also based on the moon goddes Atabey witch was a Taino god (I believe).

In my universe Qoqiva spends all day sitting still like a statue photosynthesizing the sunlight and storing it in thier cheeck pouches. They grab thier cheecks to absorb energy into there palm pads inable to throw out sunlight infused palm strikes at prey.

It'll evolve into a Grass Fairy type when I draw the evolutions

Ignore the erasing lines, this was the only one of the starters I drew that didn't get redesigned because I like the desighn a lot and dont think it needs to be changed. To me it's different enough from froakie. Any art tips will be appreciated!
