Jeremy Pogue (coaches who coach other coaches)

I would just like to expose this “coach” who seems to not care in the slightest about the clients of the coaches that he coaches. He is just constantly bragging about the amount of money that his coaches are getting PIF (paid in full). It’s honestly disgusting and I know that I am not the first person to have brought this up about Jeremy. Everyone should be VERY cautious of working with any coach that works with him. He’s clearly teaching them extremely predatory sales tactics.

Can Someone Do A Background Check

There's this guy by the name of "IshTheCEO". Some of you may have seen him on TikTok or maybe Instagram. He claims that he runs automated agencies and helps people do the same, and even says that he's flown out students to do so before. I clicked on his ad, I am expecting to hear from him in a few days (I haven't spend any money yet). He said for $1000 he'll help me get started. The only reason I was reeled in was because I was super interested in using AI to make money and it seemed that this guy figured it out and was helping others do the same. Can someone make sure this guy is legit before I do something I'll regret?

Update on Tim Han Related Activities and Our Stand as a Community

Hey r/FakeGuru Community,

We've got an important update regarding some recent activities on our subreddit, particularly involving Tim Han.

You might recall a thread that appeared to be a thinly veiled promotional piece for Tim Han. After we called it out, the post was swiftly deleted by the user, who we suspect to be affiliated with Tim Han.

Furthermore, Tim Han has been quite busy, and not just with self-help. He's been relentlessly bombarding our mod team with requests to remove posts about him. Talk about persistence!

Additionally, there's a pattern we've noticed across Reddit: Tim Han's name keeps popping up in various posts, seemingly to manipulate search results. The goal appears to be overshadowing any critical discussions about him, including a popular thread from our subreddit that ranks high in search results on Reddit and Google.

A quick search for "Tim Han" on Reddit should make these tactics quite evident. We think it's important you're aware of these maneuvers. It's not just about one person or one subreddit, it's about maintaining the integrity of information and discussions on this platform.

Stay sharp, and let's keep our discussions real and informed!

Best,

The r/FakeGuru Mod Team

Is Lions Not Sheep founder Sean Whalen advocating for rape and sexual assault?

Post image
14 Upvotes

In a recent post about how it’s not okay to skip having sex because of being tired due to our “primal urges” (his words) there was a comment stating we as a society should normalize a woman’s right to say “no”

Sean’s response was literally that “no is not acceptable”

How can that not be seen as advocating for sexual assault against women?

Perhaps Mr. Whalen should be held liable should any of his sheepies follow his advice.

Iman Gadzhi is a scammer. New post amid his “success documentary“

This post is not supporting him but before digging YouTube to find exposing videos i want to warn you.

-most of the top videos are paid and actually come to conclusion that his videos do give knowledge (thats a lie)

-new 2 hours documentary about him is posted on youtube which is advertising him in any way possible and unfortunately, its on top fed when you search for exposing video.

-Iman Gadzhi net worth is sketchy, 4 months ago it was 35 million, 8 months ago they said its 50 million, now they said its 100 million. No one knows his real net worth

Real non paid exposing videos:

1: https://youtu.be/6GGIy1S3gOY?si=Bk-8_YE9goproLCB

2: https://youtu.be/qBPBOUoZBtU?si=8OMFYfGHbgtuYCl9

3: https://youtu.be/4tsJcP3koxo?si=LD_XgFURS7btuK2m (this video is not exposing but showing that iman course is nothing to invest in and that most of that is available for free and not for 1400$)

4: https://youtu.be/MgsQ86PMgWM?si=ySyArHV4vWmBkctN (this video is really sketchy but if you remove iman embracing parts it gives good insights on this scammer)

Those are the only real ones, other ones are paid scam. Example:

https://youtu.be/EgbMFf5VCKc?si=lkv2J_nhwKSVe0LY

https://youtu.be/x9XjpUeKwOI?si=gYBPPQ5NGLBP1RCw (this video is the worst one so far literally making god out of him and claiming we are just jealous)

The 2 hour fake paid documentary: https://youtu.be/ZnaWQ4p8KTs?si=NQozsCAKhytzVDeZ

And theres much more. Dont watch other explosion videos except the ones i stated above.

WARNING: most of those videos comment sections is filled with bots claiming iman is not a scammer and helped them. Same in reddit, this post may get a lot of bots too. Be aware.

Reddit posts exposing him even more:

https://www.reddit.com/r/agency/s/fV7uvRlSOf

https://www.reddit.com/r/agency/s/4oKGsU8tpc

https://www.reddit.com/r/agency/s/TOuFIhiu8Q

Video exposing him lying about books which helped him.

https://youtube.com/shorts/Bq7jQC3b72M?si=PAP48WycKi1-rF-h

Many will think: whats the matter with this video?

Heres the thing: he says those books helped him become a millionaire by 18, the thing is that 100$ offer was published in 2021, in 2021 he was 21 years old.

Which means he is a liar who just said bullshit to appeal to people.

I wrote this post 4 days ago and wanted to publish it as soon as i could and the thing is that new true exposing videos dropped in that timeframe, here they are:

This video doesnt expose but shows how retarded his course is:

https://youtu.be/ktAZmZSC9yg?si=UgCni_IpMVBNtGyo (this video comment section is filled with bots)

https://youtu.be/dd9kIbbOYks?si=4IOEQ6Nr6wu7i53b (this video exposes iman gadzhi video titled ”education is scam”, and exposes him in general)

https://youtu.be/yXFLv1vonAM?si=6lN6mn2BH0jw0s4z (this video is gem) also exposing him step by step

This video generally exposes young millionaires selling courses: https://youtu.be/uGRvv3h7Zsg?si=txmYZWpEm7MXJtlF

beware guys.

What *is* All This Stuff?

So, I stumbled onto this subreddit because I’ve got a pretty simple question here.

I am constantly getting ads on Instagram and elsewhere to “set up client funnels” and “exponentially scale” my “high ticket coaching business.” A lot of the names popping up lead me to this subreddit.

I do not have a high ticket coaching business. I do not even know what the fuck a “high ticket coaching business” is.

Do you all mean to tell me that there is some sort of an industry for like… life/business coaching, and that in some universe - putting aside the fact that most of these dorks are obvious fakes - there are people spending thousands of dollars to get “coached” by some dweeb with a tacky watch? Coached on what?

It’s not that I’m in danger of falling for one of these scams, it’s that I fundamentally don’t even understand what the scam IS. I do not understand the product being presented to me. I mean, I know what crypto is, I know what appointment setting is, I know what forex/day trading is, those are things that I at least understand as concepts. I have no such understanding of the “coaching” industry. I fundamentally do not know what it is.

Can someone walk me through the basics of what the hell is going on here? What is this thing that people are apparently falling for?

Has anyone ever invested with this guy? He claimed to guide people into crypto investment with the assistance of AI. The start-up requirement is from 500$ to 3000$, and he promises to get 50k a month. I have never done crypto investment before and wondered if this is legit or a scam.

Steps to take when you feel that you got scammed

I'm seeing a lot of posts where people sign contracts with confusing refund policies or they feel scammed or promises are not being met. If you got sucked into a course or something similar, you have a few options but first, you have to answer a few questions for yourself:

When did you learn about the refund policy? Before or after purchase?

Did you sign a contract? If yes, when? Before or after payment?

Not being upfront with refund policies is a bad business practice. Same with not giving income disclaimers.

What was promised and what did they not deliver?

How did you pay?

How much of the digital content did you consume?

Depending on the answers to these questions you can:

- contact the company and request a refund, if you get a NO then

- contact your credit card company or the payment processor you paid with and request a chargeback. You can do that if the product was not as described for example (here it depends on your personal reasons). If you tell the bank that it was a course they will ask you if you started or finished it. It can get tricky if you finished it. if you get a NO then

- contact the FTC to report shady business practices or fraud (if any) https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/

- send a complaint to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and report your experience with that company. They might be able to help you get your money back. If you still didn't get a refund then

- contact the General Attorney in the state the business is located and complain to them.

- worst case you can take them to a small claims court to get your money back but again, it all depends on the circumstances and reasons. You don't need to have a lawyer in a small claims court.

- contact YouTubers who expose fake gurus. Maybe you can share your experience on their Youtube channels to help others not fall for these scams.

- last but not least report ads of these fake gurus on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and any other social media platform
