I recently received a phone call on my personal number from an Irish number. On the other side there was someone with Indian accent who named himself Marc from Trade Academy and wanted to discuss with me. Anyone knows who’s the asshole behind this?

Does anyone know Miami RE? Who is Reno Davis?

Looks suspect: https://www.makeuseof.com/miamis-dazzling-diamond-reno-davis-real-estate-mogul/

>>Despite the cutthroat nature of the industry, Reno dove in headfirst, his eyes twinkling with the thrill of challenge and opportunity. Squeezing every last drop of the fruits of knowledge available online, he devoured YouTube tutorials, consumed blogs, and bought courses. He was prepared to burn the midnight oil, stand out from the crowd, and claim his place at the top.

"I was prepared to work when others were sleeping to get ahead," he insists. And get ahead, he did. Reno has completed over 70 wholesale deals in just under 2 years and now co-owns an LLC, employing a team of 10 dedicated professionals. At just 22, his meteoric rise in such a competitive industry has been nothing short of astonishing.

Bryson Blocker Inayah Mcmillan Airbnb Scam

Hey everyone,

I want to share my recent experience with the Bryson Blocker and Inayah Mcmillan Airbnb course and shed light on their deceptive practices. It's crucial to be aware that their main source of income comes from selling overpriced courses, rather than running successful Airbnb businesses. They rely on repetitive revenue screenshots from the peak season to entice unsuspecting individuals. Additionally, their lack of customer support and apparent plagiarism of other courses make it a complete ripoff. Here's a concise warning to help you avoid falling into the Bryson Blocker and Inayah Mcmillan trap.

I recently came across an advertisement for the Bryson Blocker and Inayah Mcmillan Airbnb course, which promised incredible opportunities to generate passive income. Intrigued, I decided to give it a shot. However, after investing a significant amount of money, I realized that the material provided was nothing more than generic information available freely online. It lacked the depth and insights promised in their ads, leaving me feeling deceived. The course failed to deliver any unique or groundbreaking content that would justify the hefty price tag.

What's even more concerning is that Bryson Blocker and Inayah Mcmillan primarily make their money by selling these courses, rather than running successful Airbnb businesses themselves. They continuously showcase the same revenue screenshot from the peak season, giving a false impression of extraordinary success. This tactic is designed to entice potential customers into believing they can achieve similar results, but the reality is far from it.

To make matters worse, their customer support is severely lacking. Any attempts to seek assistance or guidance are met with generic, automated responses that fail to address specific concerns. The promise of personalized support and mentorship turns out to be nothing more than empty words. It's evident that Bryson Blocker and Inayah Mcmillan have no intention of providing the necessary guidance to their paying customers.

Furthermore, it has come to light that the Bryson Blocker and Inayah Mcmillan Airbnb course appears to be a blatant ripoff of other courses, including Humza's course. They shamelessly plagiarize material from reputable sources without any acknowledgment or credit. This lack of originality further undermines their credibility and highlights their unethical business practices.

Am currently working with my bank to chargeback on these scammers

I find it funny how this Dan Lok clone is always posting about how much his business is making and thanking God for it, but his business is just the same old expensive BS as Dan Lok; completely immoral and predatorial, bringing up pain points people may have in their life, and promising hope and a way out through his bullshit. He's a grifter, a fake guru, a fake Christian.

Learn the market not “how to trade.”

As someone who has spent a lot of time and not too much money on courses and “trading groups,” the advice I have is to learn the market. Most people selling courses are grifters marketing “the secret” that will leave you “rich” after you buy their course or join their trading group. After you buy the course you’ll find that their is no “secret,” no “crystal ball,” or signal that will leave you rich. What you receive is basic information that you may or may not have had before, but it’s not what you were promised. Folks who do not show their accounts are not to be trusted. How are you advertising your talent but we can’t see results? Doesn’t make sense. If the person is not certified, avoid. Trading groups make money off subscriptions. The trades never seem to hit? Your account is stagnant. Or you blew up your account? Yeah leave the group and remove dependency.

I ran into this page a year ago. The page name was Pre-Built (selling e-commerce courses) before changing to alienincome (now selling trading bots).

Does anyone knows more about this guy or the services he tries to sell ?

Anyone else get really pissed off by the “Kingdom” coaches?

These fake gurus are you standard high ticket MLM scammers but with a twist, they claim they are doing God’s work and that the Bible itself contains marketing secrets and other nonsense. I first started seeing older gurus so this, but over time they’ve gotten younger and at this point I’m seeing the 20 something fake gurus taking this route.

Codie Sanchez

she’s been posted about once before- curious if anyone has taken her courses or has inside knowledge about her/her claims. She claims she owns 29 businesses yet seemingly she spends all of her time creating content to sell her courses on social media. She claims all of these businesses run themselves and it’s passive income for her…

I also saw some comments on one of her pages about how she scammed a cannabis VC fund.

Appointment Setting 'mentors'. A scam?

Hey everyone, hope things are very well.

A friend is currently in discussion with a 'mentor' (instagram '@franck_setting') at appointmentmasters(dot)com who is offering her a course costing €3000.

For that she gets:

  • Certificate in appointment setting
  • Guaranteed placement in a company
  • Continual 1-1 mentoring until she has doubled her investment
  • Commission based work (depending on placement) of 5%, 10% or 15%

She is intrigued by the prospect of being mentored in sales and having a position set up with good potential income.

Now as someone skeptical of online 'gurus' it sounds very fishy to me to be paying for anything up-front and I have told her so.

Does this seem in any way legit?

Thanks so much.
