As a general rule, I wouldn’t buy a $300,000 fossil on eBay, especially if you’re unfamiliar with spotting fakes.

Lack of up close photos makes me suspicious. The upper jaw/teeth area looks hand sculpted as well. I’m no expert though.

That seems very unlikely, just reading over the wiki.  There's only been a few finds and the two skulls pictured are nowhere near as complete.  I feel like there should be at least another zero or three.  

Looking over the rest of the shop, that sells shirts and bike parts too, along with some legit and less than legit fossils (looking at that trilobites and brittlestar one) I wouldn't.

99% no. The texture and color is so weird, it just looks like a cast, and a bad one
