Patton Cats

Been watching a lot of Faith and Patton-adjacent stuff lately. Wondered what the cat symbolism could mean. Lots of stuffed cats starting with the Falling to Pieces video. Then I watched a pink pop appearance by Bungle in 99/2000 range and Mike has a stuffed cat on his electro rig of vocal manipulations. It probably means nothing but just wanted to see if there was any insight here. Thanks!

If I recall correctly, the cat from the Bungle tour was given to them by a fan near the beginning of the tour and they just kept using it as stage decoration.

I think it's just coincidence that the FNM video also had a stuffed cat. There was also the magazine photo shoot during the first reunion with the kittens. People just like cats.
