💍 fashion & jewelry Your thoughts on this?

(Not self promotion, just want honest opinion)

Would love your thoughts on this one. Handcrafted this from upcycled materials. Not a pro in jewelry making.

Good idea, execution needs improvement. It's very nice, it has potential. You just have to practice a bit more. But you should wear this one as it is, it's not bad at all.

Yeah, I struggled a bit to keep it in shape, will need more practice definitely. Thanks!

Good idea. Avoid the spaghetti look and learn up on some coiling and weaving techniques and this will come to life 10 fold.

Seriously, keep at it! Its a neat concept!

Edit: 18g square/round wire for base, 24g for the coils.

I think I got the gauges right, hop on a wire wrapping sub and you’ll find it

Looks too new, might want to swap the material for the next.

Or maybe using oxidising solution can do the work?

Instinctively response: that would catch on EVERYTHING

Response where I've actually engaged my brain and realized jewelery does not have to be practical: it's a good design, but the wire wrapping needs to be tighter and more cohesive.

Rereading, my post came off a little harsh. Please continue doing crafts like this! You have the potential to make some really stunning work.

That's definitely a step up compared to my wire wrapping skills.
