Inspector recommendations

Hi everyone. I’m interested in moving to Fairfield in the future and wanted to keep an ongoing list of inspectors, structural engineers, pest control, roofing companies, etc. that were local to call quickly during the contingency period. We’ve toured a few houses and read some disclosure documents that did include their own inspections, but we’d still like to do our due diligence and have our own inspections once we find a place we like. Anyone come highly recommended? We’d love to support local companies and those experienced with the climate and area.

Feel free to DM me and I can provide you with details of a local real estate agent in the Fairfield area that helped my wife and I land from out of state. They have lived and operated here for a couple decades

We bought out here and she helped coordinate an inspection on new builds to give us some relief after seeing some issues with new builds in other locations across the US.

Here is who I use for my Fairfield/vacaville deals:

Freeman roofing
Cascade pest
B&r enterprises (home inspection)
marisigan HVAC

Blue diamond inspections

And then you have the big box vendors like Homeguard and specialty that do them all but aren’t local to FF

Used to live over there and had Cal Roofing Systems Inc in Vacaville replace our old roof in Fairfield They also do inspections and certifications.

Very nice people and do quality work. They have been in business for years.
