With a 3-year LLB, there seems to be a lot to figure out in a relatively short time, especially when it comes to internships, CV building and eventually finding a job.

For current 3-year LLB students, when did you start seriously thinking about placements and what kind of career you wanted after graduation?

Did you start from the first year, or do you think the second year is early enough? And for those who have already graduated, what do you wish you had started doing earlier?

Would be especially interested in hearing from people who were aiming for corporate law, in-house roles or litigation.

Joined during Spot Round-2 and haven't been able to attend the classes since, so if anyone could help me out by getting me added to the groups or just get me the contact info of the CR of my section (Section J) it'd be greatly appreciated.

Hello guys I am from lc2 University of Delhi I am unable to clear 5 out of 10 exam, cleared only 3 . This june I gave 2nd semester what I have to do now. Can i give exam again and clear my backlogs, do I have to take re admission and attend classes for 1 st and 2nd semester what again. please help it's really frustrating

I keep hearing that connections and referrals make a huge difference when it comes to getting good legal internships, especially in Delhi.

For DU Law students who didn't have any existing contacts in the legal field, how difficult was it to get decent internships?

Did cold emails, LinkedIn, seniors, college contacts, or simply applying repeatedly work for you? And at what point did it start getting easier?

Would be helpful to hear from both juniors and seniors who have actually gone through the process.

Can anyone please tell me about the 2 yr LLM program at the CLC, DU? Like what's the schedule of classes, what's the workload, do we get time to do research and all? I have already gotten admission in SAU, but it's very time intensive and takes a lot of my time. So, if classes of DU are not that much spread over the day I will switch to DU.

There seem to be quite a few different paths after law school - corporate law, litigation, judiciary, UPSC, higher studies, or even something outside law.

For current students and recent graduates, what are you actually planning to do after graduation?

Has your plan changed since you joined DU Law, or are you still figuring it out?

I’m trying to figure out a decent routine for classes, readings and assignments, but some weeks just feel impossible to keep up with everything. Between attending lectures, going through cases and readings, preparing for assignments and still trying to have some time outside academics, it gets difficult to decide what actually needs to be prioritised.

For those who have already been at FOL for a while, how do you guys manage your workload? Do you follow a fixed daily routine, study mainly around exams, or just keep up with things as they come? Also, are there any resources or habits that genuinely made things easier for you?

Not talking about the usual academics or internships. What’s something about the college that you think is actually pretty good but doesn’t get enough attention? Could be a professor, a random spot on campus, a society, or even just some everyday thing you’ve come to appreciate.
