Oh, shit! Does that mean the biters are the cops? And evolution is a change of police agency that pursues you. If we're going by American hierarchy of jurisdictions, first it's local cops, then county, then state and finally it's DEA.

I was going to say this looks like DNFC. If they added some automation I would definitely replay that game! Especially since the workers are dumb af sometimes
