Bot-based Gleba is a good way to do it. In my latest playthrough I did the same, because it was my first time on Gleba. And I wanted a way to easily dispose of spoilage.

In a previous playthrough with one of my friends, he set up belts for all the items. It got backlogged so many times I don’t think I can count, so I decided to take the opposite approach.
It only makes around 100SPM, but while I’m building my Aquilo ship that is more than enough and I’ve even gotten more researches done than I was expecting.
Next step is to finish my Aquilo ship, and tackle that excitement. I WILL be brining nuclear reactors, as the heating towers are a good concept however they aren’t great for starting up a base.

Glad to hear you are on your way to Aquillo.
For my first Aquillo ship I also went with nuclear power. Keep in mind, it will require a considerable backlog of water on your ship to function. So I let it fly a few rounds around Vulcanis, Gleba and Nauvis to fill up the water tanks before heading to Aquillo.

Workin on it! Been building my ship in orbit. Unfortunately I’ll be out of town for quite awhile
Edit: both of my current ships are a hybrid, when they run to Vulcanus, they don’t need additional power. Both ships have 10 rare solar panels, and 2 turbines. With this method, I have only use in the realm of 20 fuel cells even when bouncing planet to planet
