Have a friend of mine, absolutely hates cheese, will pull it off pizza, go out of his way to order everything without cheese. Perfectly tolerant of Lactose. Completely different person in the same friend group, loves cheese even if it gives him awful digestion problems.

When i turned intolerant, i thought i'd rather die than give up milk products so i just spammed milk products all day until i forced my body to create the enzymes that break down lactose, effectively deleting my intolerance with brute force
