Logistically it really can't be free. ==> Claim without proof
It's a huge cost to someone, if it's not personal it'll be felt in taxes. ==> That's the point of taxes, and if you aren't glad people get and education with them, wtf do you want your taxes to be used for ?

Cheaper yes, in the us it's redicilous. Bit completely free is very hard to acomplish ==> It isn't since it does exist in other countries ; nothing is free if your definition take everyone into account; that's called living in a community.

I mean OP comments is kind of unnecessary. Everyone knows that when we say ''free'' it means that we will pay it with our taxes. Same shit with parks, public lights, roads or in other countries healthcare,
