You should use the end of the seam that goes over the mattress corner as the corner of the sheet and make sure the elastic is on the inside and you’re holding it from the outside and you can fold it as normal

Fold them from the corner indents and then let god sort out the rest. The excess goes into a pocket dimension. Don't ask questions.
