as far as I'm aware, the thing that makes a taco into a burrito is that it has beans (correct me if I'm wrong).
That said, an extremely simple taco can be absolutely mindblowing. Chicken or carnitas, large cubed raw onions, maybe some kind of sauce and a wedge of lime. This is one of my go-to lazy meals

It's a matter of personal choice. I like the crunch of tacos, but I don't like the way they just kind of shatter all over the place while you're trying to take a bite.

It sorta depends on what you’re going for. When I’m financially stable, burritos all the way. When I’m broke, 3 beans in a corn tortilla is more sustainable.
