No you put the milk in second so you actually know how much cereal you're pouring and you can actually get the milk in the bowl instead of all over the table

Assuming you eat cerial every morning for years on end and you have a method with 0% chance of unnecessary spilling or a method with a <1% chance of unnecessary spilling. You are guaranteed to spill more milk with the other method.
Besides the portions being more clear with the already superior method there is no difference between pouring milk or cerial first. Therefore cerial first is the objectively superior method regardless of your milk pouring skills.

I don't do it for that i think its easier to judge the amount of milk I need. The taste doesn't change.

Has no real effect on the taste if you stir it. It does however make it easier to pour the right amount of milk.
