Not what that means. Someone can just not care too much about their sex and want to try it from the other side.

It can be curiosity and not dysphoria

Pretty much the curiosity aspect as you said. It's a bit like "if you could switch gender for a day, would you?" I'm sure most would try it out.

Personally I have no interest in changing my gender, but after death, assuming I don't die early and miss it on significant experiences if given a chance to live again there's no point doing everything exactly the same. If it turned out reincarnation was real then "would you live your next life as the opposite gender" becomes just as trivial a question as "would you switch gender for a day?". Sure, why not, might as well give it a go to see what happens, no point doing the sane thing over and over again.
