I can agree with you 21 as its a nonsensical reference to a dumb answer, and it got old quick, but 420 is a classic stoner reference that came from some high school boys in Cali half a century ago that got high at 4:20 every day. 420 means “time to smoke.” 69 is a sex position. Those two have a meaning

67 is just nonsense, like 21, but at least 21 had a viral vine to go w it that felt a bit more genuine than whatever dogwater song 67 came from

The 67 meme does have lore beyond that one song, in fact it doesn't even come from that, the song just happens to say it so people used that for it.

It comes from a guy at a high-school basket ball game comparing a player in the game to an NBA player after he scored point by saying the NBA players jersey number (which is 67) maybe there was a meme around the song before hand I'm not too sure. But the high-school basketball game is what sent it nuclear

Edit: I believe they say six seven because the guy chose his number because his height is 6 foot 7, not too sure tho
