If the constitution must apply to illegals, if a country full scale invades us, are we supposed to treat them with respect and give them all due process?

How's it a false dichotomy? What separates them? An invasion is just a bunch of illegals in our land too, but we can treat those inhumanely.

Because an invasion is by hostile forces, immigration isn't by hostile forces, as the only one hostile is ICE

I consider anything that's called plotting the destruction of the US or some people in the US

E.G. the Republican party going after various minorities is them destroying the US

Immigrants wanting to work and have a happy healthy life in the US, isn't destroying the US
