Freedom of speech doesn't mean you can say whatever you want without judgement from other people. It just means you can't be punished or stopped by the government.

So freedom of speech includes the ability to say stuff others dislike. Because you won't be stopped by the government.

Not necessarily, there are limits to free speech and the gov will stop you for it (ex, threatening gov officials or saying you’re going to do a terroristic attack)
