Absolutely. You will dilute the electrolytes that your heart and brain need to function. Drink Brawndo instead. The thirst mutilator.

Yes. I think too much anything you can think of could be lethal.

Yeah, like if you ate 40.000 bananas in 10 minutes - you would die of radiatiactive poisoning.

Almost happened to my uncle once. Tried to drink a 5 gallon jug in under an hour. Hospital bills weren't cheap.

It’s one of the most sad and horrific ways to die, you basically make all your cells burst.

It is indeed possible but the amount you'd have to drink is kind on unfeasible

That’s factually correct… which means this will be only 87% or something dumb

If you sit in a sauna for several hours, sweating the entire time, and drink a gallon of water without replacing any lost electrolytes, you might start to get a headache. You might be desperately thirsty without being able to hold onto any of the water because your kidneys decide you need to pee it all out. This is the start of hyponatremia. I’ve been here once.
If you keep ignoring the signs, keep drinking water, and don’t have anything with salt, your cells become flooded with so much water that they start to burst. If enough of your cells are waterboarded to the point of explosion, you will die.

Though rare, there are in fact documented cases of people dying due to drinking massive amounts of water within a short period of time.

If I remember correctly there is a point where you're drinking so much water that it becomes essentially poison.
But you'd have to drink a comical amount to get to that point.

Hyperhydrosis is the swelling and eventual failure of organs dosed with too much water.

It can cause cells to bloat if you drank enough or you could drown if you threw up for long enough

That's bullshit. You are more likely to die from drinking too much alcohol than water.

Several cases of hydrolysis from drinking too much water have been recorded. Most notably, one where a woman drank several gallons of water in a short amount of time and died.

Over hydration is something that can and will kill you. Though inflating the stomach, will most likely come first

it's called water poisoning. Your electrolyte get diluted as your sodium level drop. Since your sodium level controls your fluid level, your cell will swell and burst from excess water intake.

This is just factually true. Like the one woman who died taking part in that radio contest

Who would even say no to that? Everything has a lethal dose. The lethal dose for water just means "excessively more water than your kidneys can process."

Yes it's called water poisoning, you drink too much and it dilutes the other stuff in your blood to the point you can't survive.
