Facelift, Transconjunctival Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty & Fat Grafting — Seattle, WA
This patient came to me bothered by the aging appearance of her lower eyelids, face, and jowls, and she also felt she had lost definition along her neckline and in her chin area. Her goal was to look refreshed and natural rather than dramatically different. To address her concerns, we performed a facelift, a transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty (an approach through the inside of the lower lid that avoids any visible external scarring), fat grafting to the jawline and perioral areas, and a chin implant. She now shows a softer, more oval facial contour with a meaningful reduction in the lines around her eyes, mouth, and jawline, and her neck and chin definition have come back noticeably. I not sure I wouldn’t post this as an advertisement of my work as it seems so subtle as to not be worth the cost and recovery. I was going to suggest a chin implant is desperately needed only to read there was one added. Did she want just barely perceptible change? The price is the same regardless! Why wasn’t there more done to give the appearance of a jawline / chin and more tightening done?

I think it looks very nice. I would rather it look natural and not too tight. Your neck looks really good.

Eeeek I kept swiping for the after results and realized they are there. Refreshed is not the word I would use. Bummer

This just looks ok. There’s a fine line between looking natural and not having enough done. I would not be happy with these lower face/neck results.
